Custom
The custom creation of jewelry can and usually is a very exciting and evolving process. Generally speaking the client will have an idea in their minds or a picture of what they want or envision in their new piece of jewelry. As we meet together we discuss their idea and I hand sketch a drawing to make sure that both the client and myself are on the same “wavelength”. This is where the excitement begins because there are no limitations to what we can do. We will design together any idea or incorporate what the client has seen and make subtle or grand changes to their piece of jewelry. Once the design is completed and we’ve finalized our budget, I take our design and custom craft the idea into a beautiful piece of jewelry.
I also have clients that have old, not in style or worn out jewelry that we use the same process using their gems and metal to create something brand new and in style. I call this process the “Jewelry meltdown”.
